eating right. so i'm making my whole family start eating right. and i was wondering how many servings of fruits, veggies, milk, meat, and all that other stuff are you suppose to have a day?
also do you know of any good tips on eating right? anything is appreciated.

It's good to eat a variety of different foods.
But make sure they are healthy and organic foods.
Don't eat the same thing everyday because you will get bored with it and so will your family.
Try making different kinds of salads everyday.
Grilled chicken is also very good for you.

well i know that dairy is 3 times a day
and after you eat its good to burn off the calories
