Try Paint Shop Pro.
Its easy and theres plenty of tutorials out there.
Just type it into google and you can get free trials and stuff.

Well, if you can't get to photoshop, try another photo editing program, such as www.gimp.org [it's free too]. On that site there's also plenty of tutorials to help you. I'm sure if you type something like "free online photo editors" you can get a lot more results, but I highly suggest gimp.
