im trying to loose weight. i know i have to eat healthy and all that stuff. so i dont need a lecture on that. does running or walking up and down stairs a few times help?

Yeah, but maybe more than a few times! Walking(actrully fast walking) actrully helps you loose wait better because your heart rate is more up. if you fast walk 30 minutes a day that would seriously help you ALOT! :) and maybe even just 4 times a week!

well youd have to go up alot of times. I jogg around my house alot, and that works out for me, i sujest you try that, its more effective then climbing up stairs

Yess.
Running is one of the best things you can do to lose weight. Don't just run up and down the stairs though or else it'll take forever to lose the weight. Run around your neighborhood or park a few times. I'm sure running/walking up and down stairs a few times might help a bit, but it would take a really long time to lose weight from it.
