ok first of all i have this friend named brooke and she's goin out wit my other friend logan but brooke haz ben tlkin 2 other boys constently and even tlkin bout sex wit sum of them and i really like logan actually more then a friend and we r REALLY close so should i tell him bout brooke or sit back and watch him get hurt?

there are a lot of things you have to take into consideration. there's no straight up answer to this, but only how you answer the questions.
1. how good of friends are you with brooke?
- would she hate you forever if you did tell logan?
- could she backstab you?
- would YOU be very depressed if you & her stopped being friends?
2. does logan really like brooke that much?
- if you told him, would he be mad at you?
- could he easily move on with life?
3. what would YOU gain by telling logan about brooke?

if you want to tell logan, these are the gains:
- he would trust you a lot
- you would hope that he does the same back to you
if you tell logan, these are the loses:
- most likely, your friendship with brooke along with her trust for you
if you don't tell logan, these are the gains:
- no conflicts with friendships & boys
if you don't tell logan, these are the loses:
- logan will most likely not find out & when he does, he will be extremely heartbroken.
my suggestion would be to talk to brooke. like honestly. if she & you are bff, just be like, "hey, look, i know logan really likes you. if you don't like him, why don't you just dump him so he doesn't get hurt later?" if she gets defensive & gets mad at you, drop it. there's no use talking to her. if she's like, well, i don't want to lose him cause he's such a wonderful guy blah blah blah... i'd just give it some time.
since you said you & logan are closer, i'd tell him that brooke might be up to some stuff, but you don't know anything more. just to give him a nudge without starting anything up.
your goal here is to help your friend, logan, while avoiding any drama with brooke.
if you aren't particulary best friends with brooke [cause you said you're closer with logan] i'd tell logan. cause maybe he'll go out with you. just watch your back for brooke - she can do stuff back to you.
there are consequences & gains to each solution. you just gotta pick the better one.
overall, i'd say tell logan IF HE REALLY LIKES BROOKE. don't bother if it's just like, a brother sister relationship. he & you are very close, & if you tell him he will trust you more and probably like you back for all that you've done. he could also be mad at you for telling him cause he is mad at himself for ever falling for brooke. you know that feeling you get, when someone tells you bad news? you get mad at them instead of being thankful they told you in the first place? he might feel that for you.
