During test and before it i get really stresssed and sick. I'm not a very immuned or strong girl, meaning i get sick(flu) easily. What are some things i can do to build up my immunity and relax me during stress time?
For your immune system, take a vitamin daily, that's the first step. Try eating yogurt also. I know that sounds funny but yogurt contains many things that can help build a strong immune system. Also try not to eat bad foods, like greasy ones since if you get stressed out it'll make you feel even more sick. And don't eat heavily, it'll have the same effect as greasy foods.

Go to bed at a reasonable time, eat sensibly and drink lots of fluids. Fish oils have been found to boost the brains abilities to function, so you could try that as well. Ensure you wash your hands before putting anything in your mouth to avoid contamination from germs. Plan your revising so that you know what you are doing and when. Being organised can relieve some of the tension.
Stress lowers the immune system making you more vulnerable to infection. By taking more care of yourself at these times can help to avoid a build up that affects your health.
