You could get extensions, but sometimes they look really fake. Talk to your mom about your eyebrows. Tell her it really bothers you. If she listens, good! Get them waxed. If she does not listen, then you might just have to pluck them yourself. I am usually against doing things behind your parents backs, but when it's something like plucking them, it's not a big deal. You can buy a tweezer at a dollar store. You should probably do it with a friend around so she can tell you if it looks good.
The link to your myspace doesn't work, so I'm unable to see your pictures. But I'll give you what colors would look good with each eye color:
Blue eyes:
-brown eye shadow
-dark brown eye liner and mascara.
Green eyes:
-gold eye shadow
-dark brown or black eye liner and mascara
Brown/Hazel eyes:
-any color eye shadow looks good
-black eye liner and mascara
I advise not using eye shadow too often. Sticking to eye liner and mascara looks really good most of the time. Also pick out a cover-up that matches your skin tone and finish the look with a neutral lip gloss. [ Erinn_the_bamf's advice column | Ask Erinn_the_bamf A Question ]

Make up is such a huge thing. Try going to MAC, or even Sephora if your budget allows. getting neutral colors like taupes and browns, or even pinks since it's summer. For both mascara and eyeliner don't get jet black, it's alright but try something new like a brown color. For lips I love MAC lipglosses and Stila, but Burt's Bee has great products that you can use, and contain SPF which is an added bonus.
Waxing eyebrows is overrated half the time. Some what bushy eyebrows are in. Very Brooke Shields. Try maybe getting a tweezer like Tweezerman that is slanted and watch how you tweeze your eyebrows. There's a book on make up for teens by Bobbi Brown which gives advice on both make up and I believe eye brows, so try getting that book it's totally worth it.
But your best bet is to shop at Sephora, MAC, and even CVS or a Walgreen's type store for everything from make up to tweezer and hair products. Get your hair done by a stylist and tell her you want to grow it out and to get rid of the split ends.
For clothing I'm in a normal outfit type mode. It's weird I love just wearing a great top and jeans and just a great bag to go with it. I know that's totally not going to help but just try pairing plain tees and even great tops with details with a bunch of accesories from jewelry like necklaces, bracelets, earrings to belts, bags, sunglasses and shoes/sandals/flip flops.
