hey i'm the girl that asked the question about conditioning.. i used to be on level 9 but i had to get surgery on my ankle so now i'm on joga a.. it's only in new jersey and it's basically an organization with high school rules... but i still have all my skills from level 9 and more which is good.. anywayss haha i just want my arms, legs & abs to be stronger.. all your conditioning sounds good for those body parts & i have a chin up bar at home which is good! but if you think of any others i'll take them too haha..thankss so muchh!
