HEYy i have a problem of eating to much...
i cant stop i never realy have that full feeling.((only on thanksgiving))haha.
well i run every night almost and it doesnt seem to be comming off.
PLEASE!
i need advice i feel fatt.

Try eating more slowly, the slower you eat, the more full you might realize you've become.
Make it a habit of putting down your utensils every few bites, and give yourself a minute to really finish what you've already eaten, and let it settle into your system.
Running is a very good activity. Maybe you could look into yoga or pilates. Yoga and pilates help your systems and your body at the same time. They can also alter your mood, by releasing endorphins.
Most foods release endorphins, like turkey on Thanksgiving. You can eat, and eat, and eat, and not realize how much you've actually eaten until you can't even move.
I'll advise you to eat small portions of the food that you like, and then continue with your nightly running, and maybe add in a few extra activities.
Just don't get yourself down, it's hard to lose weight and it doesn't happen immediately!
