Connect the iPod to the computer, open iTunes, click the name of your iPod, and make sure that the box next to "Manually manage music" is checked.

WARNING: if you don't already have "Manually manage music" checked for the iPod, opening iTunes may overwrite ALL the contents of your iPod, so do this on the computer on which you originally added the music to the iPod if possible.

Now, on the other computer, open iTunes, and you should be able to see the name of your iPod on the left. Look for the songs you want in iTunes and drag them into the iPod.

You can, but I wouldn't reccomend it.
My friend plugged her iPod into my iTunes and we just dragged the songs she wanted onto hers.
But the problem,
they don't show up on your iTunes, only the iPod itself.
Therefore, you can't delete them unless you clear your entire iPod which gets to be a pain.
