You can contract STD's from ANY body fluids - including fluids exchanged during oral sex. Even if the guy hasn't "done anything" (according to him), the best thing to do is get tested. You can both go down to the local health department where they can test for STD's and give you protection (And yes, a guy still needs to use protection for oral sex) I see that you are at least thinking about some of the physical risks, but have you thought of the emotional risks?

Relax. If he's a virgin, I'm almost one hundred percent sure, your not going to get anything because he has not came in contact with another women. Many men are born with HPV but it is usually spread from sex. I'm pretty sure you're fine...Enjoy it dont stress it!

For the most part, you can't get an STD from a virgin who has never had sexual contact by giving him oral sex. However, yes, HPV is spread primarily through genital, ORAL, and anal sexual contact. I also know that oral sex has been linked to mouth cancer.

One way to be safe, even if he is a virgin, is to use a condom. Yes, even during oral sex. It's the safest thing to do. Try flavored condoms so you don't get a mouth full of that nasty rubber taste. And make sure you get the ultra thin ones, because condoms cut down on sexual stimulation to the penis, so the thinner the condom, the better.
