Sure, you'll lose weight because you arent eating but when you start eating again it will come back. Also, not eating can make you dizzy, feel faint, etc. Any diet that says it works that fast is not healthy. Cux answered Sunday June 24 2007, 5:54 pm: I have no idea what this diet is, nor have I ever heard of it. But any diet promising to help you lose 10 pounds in 5 days is either lying, or EXTREMELY unhealthy. The most doctors recommend you lose in even one week is 2-3 pounds, so therefore losing 20 in just over a week is VERY dumb. Please don't follow this diet, or any others like it.
