Nope not healthy at all. Don't even try it. The most healthy weight loss in losing 1-2 pounds per week. Sometimes you can go a little more than that but roughly stay in that range. Anything promising you 10 pounds in 5 days and 20 pounds in 10 days is totally fake. Don't waste your money and lose weight with a healthy diet and exercise.
Hope this helps. :) ]
I think its the one where you just drink lemonade right? Thats what it said on the news. So, if thats the one you are talking about, then NO its not healthy or good for you.
Sure, you'll lose weight because you arent eating but when you start eating again it will come back. Also, not eating can make you dizzy, feel faint, etc. Any diet that says it works that fast is not healthy. The healthy way is to watch what you eat (add more veggies/fruits and cutting out junk) and exercising! ]
I have no idea what this diet is, nor have I ever heard of it. But any diet promising to help you lose 10 pounds in 5 days is either lying, or EXTREMELY unhealthy. The most doctors recommend you lose in even one week is 2-3 pounds, so therefore losing 20 in just over a week is VERY dumb. Please don't follow this diet, or any others like it.
