tampons
Can I wear tampons for my whole period, or do I have to alternate using tampons, then pads, then tampons? I only have tampons, so would it be dangerous if I only wore tampons the whole time, and just changed it every few hours? I have liners too that I wear at night though.

Tampons are completly safe to use all the time as long as your remember to change them every so often!

No, you do not need to alternate. It's only dangerous if you leave your tampon for about 8 hours without changing it. You should be fine, trust me.

I don't think it'll be a problem during the daytime... just at night you CANNOT wear tampons to bed. and Pantyliners arn't that strong (in my opinion at least) so try wearing pads at night, tampons during the daytime.
don't forget to change tampons every 7 or 8 hours!
