Can I wear tampons for my whole period, or do I have to alternate using tampons, then pads, then tampons? I only have tampons, so would it be dangerous if I only wore tampons the whole time, and just changed it every few hours? I have liners too that I wear at night though.

Volleyball2150 answered Sunday June 24 2007, 5:35 pm: I don't think it'll be a problem during the daytime... just at night you CANNOT wear tampons to bed. and Pantyliners arn't that strong (in my opinion at least) so try wearing pads at night, tampons during the daytime.
