for anyone who is an intense gymnast do you have a diet/exercise plan you go by? i'm a gymnast i have been one for 14 years and i want to get stronger & leaner. so if anyone wants to share what they do i'd appreciate it.. thanks!

gymstar408 answered Sunday June 24 2007, 7:39 pm: get some ankle weights about 5 lbs. each and do hollow body rocks and chin ups!! I work out in the mornigs like run on the tread mill for an hour, i do 3 sets of 25 push ups, 3 sets of ten clapping push ups, 2 sets of 30 chin ups on bar @ home,2 sets of 50 dips on the beam. I do other sports too like soccer, swim team and track which make me a lot stronger!! So if there are any questions just email me ohh.. I usually stay on a healthy diet i dont usually eat any foods of high fat I tend to look for foods to eat under 10 grams of fat and ohh i eat foods that have the healthy choice labels on them!!
