Okay, not everyone can dance like the old John Travolta or Jessica Alba in Honey.

Relax and have fun.
Move your hips.
Move your feet so you actually.. well MOVE.
Keep your hands up.
And dont evenn worryyyy!!!!

JUST DORK-DANCE
Youll be in the company of friends so it doesnt really matter =) Youre not applying for JULLIARD, no ones gunna arrest you if you make a fool of yourself^_^

dont worry about and just have fun babee
or else, you wont even have fun at the Quince!

You are going threw the same thing I went threw. I'm 17 and I went to a dance (prom) for the 1st time EVER with a guy. I was really excited but scard to cause I don't know how to dance good and on top of that dance with a guy. I didn't want people looking at me funny or anything. Well what I learned that night is NO ONE is going to be watching you dance. There to busy worring about what they look like, not you! So just have fun and dance like noones watching...cause they wont be ( :

One piece of advice my friend gave me is to rotate your hips in a motion that would spell out your name. Watch everyone else. Basically move back and forth, side to side. Or better yet, dance with a friend, take their hands in yours and just move your arms up and down and no one will notice because they will be too busy dancing to notice.
