Your gums are bleeding because they are inflammed from the fact that you DON'T floss. It might hurt and what not, but it needs to be done. You don't want gum disease or anything. After you do it a few times, the bleeding and pain will stop. ]
if you dont floss a lot then your teeth will bleed
what a lot of people dont know is that flossing is actually more important than brushing your teeth!
you can buy "satin" floss (thats what mines called) and its like more sensitive, which prevents less bleeding.
if you continually floss for another few weeks daily, then you shouldnt bleed anymore =] ]
yeah everyone's bleeds after they floss when they havent flossed for a while. what you need to do is start flossig them everyday, or else they will bleed after the one time you floss, then in a couple weeks it heals, and you floss again, then you break the skin. and it bleeds again and it becomes a routine. but if u floss enough, then it wont bleed anymore. ]
That used to happen to me, you just need to floss more and it will stop hurting. Try rinsing out your mouth with cold water afterwards to numb it and rinse out the blood. ]
if you floss your teeth regularly.. like once or twice a day (which hardly anyone does) then your gums should be strong enough to not bleed. But yes, it is normal for your gums to bleed after flossing if you don't do it enough. Just do it more frequently and maybe to start off with, apply less pressure.
hope I helped :]
