well i am 12 years old & i really want a
six pack . i have one, when i flex really
hard, but i want it to be visible.
so if i do around 100 crunches a day,
will i get a better sixpack and in how long?

Try those. And when you do them and crunches. After every week increase the amount that you do. Like say the first week you do like 100 crunches, the second week do 150, the third week do 200, ect.
