hi =D
well i am 12 years old & i really want a
six pack . i have one, when i flex really
hard, but i want it to be visible.
so if i do around 100 crunches a day,
will i get a better sixpack and in how long?

I'm not a doctor so I really have no clue. But I think that that won't work well. You will probably get a stronger six pack, but it won't become more visible. You need to burn the fat around your stomache by running or biking or something. You need to do more than crunches.

Try those. And when you do them and crunches. After every week increase the amount that you do. Like say the first week you do like 100 crunches, the second week do 150, the third week do 200, ect. I dont know how long it will take, but my guess is like a month or longer
