my dell latitude d600 laptop wont charge. its deffinetly not the battery, becuase ive tried different batteries, and it works. when i have the computer plugged into the charger, it wont charge. its also not the charger, because ive tried different chargers. what could be wrong? and how can i fix it?

When you tried different chargers and batteries - did you use the OFFICAL ones? Unless it's been thoroughly tested for use with a specific laptop then it's silly to try using the wrong battery.
