when mine is down it'll be like maybe 2 inches and just kinda hanging there. it's not supposed to be anything special when it's down. it's just kinda there. when it gets up there's an explosion in size but until then just live with the little dude.

a flaccid penis has nothing to do with how big it can get when erect. there is no norm for being soft.
