gaining muscle/losing fat

ok i'm not fat or anything , but i was just wondering how else you could lose a little weight and gain muscle. like what other excersizes are good? i already do crunches and i run everyday, but i was wondering what else i could do.

Eat good. If you eat like crap you can run forever but you'll still gain it back because your eating. Cut out pop, candy, fast food (espically!), and other sweets. If you can do that that is great because its difficult. I eat pretty well (sometimes I slack off) and it took me a few months to learn all I did about whats good, bad, etc. Heres a quick review (its hard to tell you everything I know).. not alot of food, more healthy, cut out fast food/candy/pop, 3 meals 2 snacks between, dont eat alot before bed, always eat breakfast & get active. Heres a site that can help.
