that user is underage and i didnt know how to file an abuse report there was no link or anything. so maybe a l2 moderator could help and ban her or something?

In the blue banner that runs down the far left side of your screen, under "Miscellaneous", "Report Abuse" should be there. I know, it's hard to spot, I have to read all the way down the list to find it, myself. But that is just so you know for the next time you find something that needs to be reported. :)
