well when i play soccer i get like that i think it's because we're changing directions so much. going for the ball on one side of the feild then the other side and your having to switch alot. and then when i run the mile for school im fine because im running one way.

sorry but this is all from personal expirence. and if you do have athsma go to the doctor get an inhaler (i have 2 different kinds which helped a little with soccer) there nothing scary just a puff and vwalah you can breath lmfao :D

I don't think you have asthma. I just think because you have short legs, sence you're short, you end up taking more steps then most people, so you're working twice as hard. Therefore, you have shortness of breath faster. There really is nothing you can do about it, because it's just how your body is. Also, make sure if you want to improve your scores, practice running the mile on your own so eachtime you can try and increase your speed. Hope it helps! xox

Dear Runner,

hmm.. well you can check on WebMD for asthma but if you dont.. well not to be rude.. you dont have good endurance. just run as much as possible and try to shorten your time a little bit everytime you run.
