Every time I go to restaurants, I'm stuck getting salads, wraps, pasta with marinara, a grilled chicken dish, a shrimp dish, or a salmon dish. Is there anything else that is on most menus that I can order?

I would probably say different salads with chicken would be good or pastas. If you're planning to go to a restaurant beforehand, look up their menu online so you can really think about it. I like getting anything with chicken, so chicken & pasta or things like that are always good. You can try different burgers. At a local diner, I like getting a taco salad or mac & cheese with tomatoes. Every restaurant is different. That's why I would suggest looking up their menus so you can really sit down & look at it. I usually get appetizers as a main course. Since an appetizer is usually for 4+ people, you can get it as a main course for yourself & it will be plenty. Also, you should try asking the waitress what she would recommend or look at their specials menu. Specials are meals put together that are mostly popular in their restaurant or new for people to try.
