I asked about my friends always beng depressed and you answered thanks=] but when i talked to one shes like THATS WHAT BEST FRIENDS ARE FOR. and i said like it sjust life so live it up she siad NOW YOU SOUND LIKE MY MOTHER! what do i do?

Although she has a point [giving advice is what best friends are for, although they're there for much more than that], your argument is still valid.


You cannot always be the one that they turn to & you cannot keep carrying the weight of their problems on your shoulders. Your friend is having a tough time, so still try to be as nice as possible but don't always give her advice when she needs it. When she sees you're serious, she might back off.


But, I agree. Your friend should definitely live her life as if she'd die tomorrow. Life is short & we're not invincible. There is no such thing as living forever.
