My breasts hurt alot when i run without a bra on. Is this normal?

Of course! My breasts do and I only wear a 34A! Anyways, no matter what size, they'll hurt when you run. Wear sport bras while you run. Try something that snuggles them so they don't jiggle much> My hurt during my periods.

Yes, this is normal, but not healthy. The reason they hurt is because the tissues in your breasts bruise and sometimes even tear as they bounce up and down. The reason bras were invented was to protect the breasts from damage as you walk, run, and do other activities.

If you don't wear a bra (at all) for up to a month or so, your breasts will become alot less sensitive, but they will sag alot more.

Wearing a bra is your own personal decision, there are benefits and damages.
