i don't know what to wear for my sister's graduation...
they said dress fancy but obviously not steal the grads' thunders by looking more fancier than grads
but i do have this nice black cocktail dress that i barely wear, but just have for occasions like this, should i wear the dress with heels or just go casual in jeans or shorts? help plz, thanks~

I'd say wear what you want as long as it isn't too casual, so the dress would be fine. [ *Kate*'s advice column | Ask *Kate* A Question ]

And a not-too-fancy bag. Don't show up in sweatpants or anything; you'll want to look nice, but not like you're trying to hard to look fancy. Either way, there'll always be people more underdressed and more overdressed than you; you should be fine =] [ beckyboo's advice column | Ask beckyboo A Question ]
