random weight gain

I'm a teenage girl.

I'm 5'2" and yesterday I was 156 pounds (yes i know i'm overweight please don't remind me) and i only had 1300 HEALTHY calories and this morning when i weighed myself i was 159! 3 POUNDS HEAVIER!

i even worked out way more than i usually do!


what is up with me?

can someone reccomend a diet pill or a metabolism boosting supplement for me? one that's SAFE.

the weight might be coming from lack of exercise or poor eating habit(not saying that you dont eat right) but if you want boost in matabolism, try eating small portioned meals every 3 hours so it will keep your digestive track working constantly so it will boost up your digestive system.
also try eating minty sugar free so you wont want to snack. o yeah, sleeping more will get you to cut back on eating, cause the more you sleep, the less time you have to eat.

these will all help you suceed so use carefully
