tampons

everytime i wear a tampon it kills!! i've had my period for about a year and i swim so its not like i can go without using them. what can i do to make them not hurt so much?

try switching to a smaller size. a lot of times, girls where tampons that are too big for them, and its extremely uncomfortable. also try sticking it up farther. you should push it in until no more of the thick part is hanging out. if neither of these work, you should talk to your mom or your doctor, becuase tampons might not be right for you.

Is it just painful and uncomfortable? Then I'm going to guess that you're just not putting t up high enough. Sometimes thats all it takes.
