well, at 13 its difficult to get a job. but since its summer, you're going to find more options.
these aren't necesarially "steady" jobs but...:
-babysit
-work at the pool [you need to be 15 to lifeguard but you can ask if you can work in the snack bar..]
-teach swim lessons [these pay well! i make about $20 a week doing this]
-pet sit
-help neighbors with chores
sorry i dont have a lot but i would definitly check bullitens [in the library, municipal building] and check the papers. a lot of people could use your help!
