There isn't an easy way to do this. The best way is to just be completely honest, and tell him. Just sit him down and let him know. Its not your fault that you're moving, so you can't help it. And lying to him would only be detrimental to your relationship.
If you both want to, you could try a long-distance relationship, and I'm sure you'll be visiting where you live at least a few times, so you could always see him, or he could come see you (that is unless you're moving many states away).

tell him straight foreward, at the begining of a meeting (date, or just seeing eachother) that you just found out you are moving. whatever you do dont hold it back from him so you can make the best of your last days together. he needs to know, and you shouldnt hold that kind of information from him.
