ive been trying to lose weight lately, so ive been eating about 1000-1500 calories a day. im 5'9 and not sure how much i weigh, but last i check was about 130. could i possibly skip my period or have a very light period from not eating enough for my body to function properly?

OMG you DO NOT need to loose weight, you're already a stick to begin with! 5'9 and 130 pounds! don't worry about your weight.heres a good website to check if you underweight, healty, overweight, or obese:

you almost make it to underweight, so stay healty and don't losse weight, your perfect the way you are!

yes, it's possible for you to miss a period or have a light one, but it's not very likely.

don't go below 1200 a day, that's just unsafe.

wow 5'9" and 130 that's REALLY skinny.

i'd stop worrying about my weight if i were you.

i'd die to be 130 pounds- and i'm only 5'2"!

so you can try to gain some.
