hm... well, it could be a lot of things that is causing these butt pimples. first off, pimples are caused by bacteria, and it's NOT surprising that you are getting these near your rear end because that is where a lot of bacteria builds up due to feces & suchh.
my suggestion would be to make sure you are washing there everyday with anti-bacterial body soap. pay most attention in the shower to your butt, and after you shower make sure you dry off completely & put some baby powder on. do not put lotion on. lotion is for places with DRY skin, but your butt is oily [ due to the growth in bacteria ], so putting baby powder on = drying up the area & getting rid of the pimples.
another thing you could do is go to a dermatologist & have them perscribe some cream or medicine so that they permanently go away. make sure your underwear is ALWAYS clean and not irritating the skin near your butt. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
