Do you have microsoft works word processor? If you do open it. Then open up the help section. Search for templates. It will tell you to go to File, New. Then click tasks up at the top (I did this step by step to make sure it worked). Then I couldn't find where it said template, so I typed TEMPLATE in the search bar. It came up with 3 options. I clicked resume. Choose the resume you want to use. (It gave me 4 options.) I chose the most basic to open and it worked.

this looks like a pretty general outline ... i found it by looking up how to write a resume on google theres a million options =)
