WEll, i don't think i'm over weight, but my stomach is like huge. can you please tell me how to get my stomach down and not so huge?
Also i have been eating every 2 hours, and small portations, is that gonna help any?
do sit-ups & crunches to obtain nice abs & get rid of the fat. eat healthy & YES DEFINTELY. eating small portions every two hours is really really good cause your body can burn the food quickly & it speeds up your metabolism. you're truly off to a great start! keep it up and you will lose your belly in a couple weeks.
