confusing boy.
So there is this guy that i like. and he told me that he likes me. and when were in person its like i can tell theirs something there..yah know? and then if he signs on the computer and i IM him he like barely even talks. and he will just randomly stop talking. and since its summer i dont see him as much as i would in school and i want to hang out with him but idk if i should call him or like alot of people say play "hard to get" well im horrible at that. and then people are like invite him since hes shy and like wont call you. so then i always ask my best guy friend who is like a brother to me to talk to the guy i like and now hes like annoyed of me from asking him. soo, im so stuck right now and have no clue what to do.

keep talking to him online. even though he doesn't talk much, you're still talking to him. most guys are like that, they don't talk a lot online and they will like randomly stop talking.
you could try calling him to hang out with you and a bunch of friends. or get one of your other friends to invite him along with you guys one day.
also you can see if he has texted and try texting him to keep in touch. that way he might not feel as nervous to ask you to hang out with him
