I was masterbuting from last 3 years, due to this my ass and penis has grown and become larger and my testis has dropped down to 3 cms, can i regain my original shape of my body and pensi, Help me, this question is from my deep heart

I am no medical doctor, but I am pretty sure that masturbating has not changed the shape of your body. These developments would have happened to your body whether or not you masturbate. Its a perfectly healthy thing to do, it does not have any side effects.
