OK, even though you might be underage, I'll help you out anyway.
I think everyone is at least a little nervous about their first day in middle school. Most people have never had to move around for all their classes, or they've never had lockers, etc. So it's usually a totally different experience.
A good idea is if you get your class schedule early, check it with friends to see if you have at least one person you know in all your classes. This helps a lot because you have someone to walk with, someone to sit with the first day, etc. However, after a while, you'll become friends with new people, so be open to that.
Do you have a registration? If you do, take your parent around with you to find each one of your classes. This way you'll have a little memory of where everything is.
On the first day, your school might have something where they take a tour with all of the new students. If not, the teachers will not be mad if you're a minute late to class because you couldn't find it. They'll understand, so don't be scared!
Most schools have the grades generally separated in middle school; like the sixth graders' classes will be in the same area. So if you're a little scared of the "big kids", that's usually not a big deal.
Your school will have plans to integrate you into the system so you don't need to worry too much. Hope I've helped.
