I know you've probably heard it before, but the best way to lose weight is to excercise and eat healthily. You should do crunches and go jogging for excercise; that's what I do. For eating, simply eat when you're hungry, stop when your full. Don't eat junk, eat good foods like fruits, veggies, fish, chicken, etc. Also, a random tip that I read somewhere: 1200 calories a day is the lowest you can eat and still be getting all the nutrients you need. Hope I helped a bit, and I know it's probably not what you wanted to hear, but it's true =] [ snickerzz11's advice column | Ask snickerzz11 A Question ]

Most of them are stimulants that try to do what your body would naturally, but speed up the process to an unhealthy level just to get you to buy them. For instance, some diet pills advertise that they'll give you a boost of energy, but it also causes your heart to speed up or beat irregularly, which can cause heart attacks or strokes. Furthermore, diet pills can cause eating disorders, insomnia, anxiety, depression, weight gain, etc. I know this probably wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but I hope you'll listen to my advice - it could save your life.
