Breaking the bad habits. How can i break bad habits?? i'm trying this summer, to really cut back, on just laying around, and i've regualtated yoga & running into my daily ruotine, and i'm also an active dancer. I dance about 6 days a week during the school year. During the summer, i tend to loose everything, by just hanging out, yeah its nice to have sometime to myself for once, but i don't like just being lazy all the time. Any tips on how to stay fit and heathly, mind, body, & soul this summer??

Swimming is a great way to stay in shape and it's fun. And it's the perfect summer sport, so round up your friends and go swimming! :]

aww yes, summer days.
well your exercise plan is good, with running and yoga.
also, during some of your free time, try hanging out with a lot of different friends just doing whatever. you could even include a friend in your exercise with you.
pick up a hobby, such as scrapbooking..scrap book all those good times you and your friends have!
or painting, drawing, writing...anything just to get your creativity going!
try reading a good book too
