It means that you're aroused/turned on. Blood rushes, and it causing it to 'thump' like a heartbeat. It's okay, it happens to everybody, you're fine. =)

I know exactly what you're talking about...
It can be weird, i know it was when i first started feeling it haha! i just wondered to myself "what the heck???"
But its nothing to worry about. It really just you paying extra close attention to the flow of blood.... at least in my case, i expirience this when my bosy is the most calm... like if you sit perfectly still right now you'll feel the "beating" in different parts of your body ..and yes, i just did it myself.. haha! but its just the flow and movent of blood through your veins... =)

Well, it is possible that this happens because you are aroused. When you're aroused, blood rushes to your genitals and kind of 'thumps' which makes it feel kind of like a heartbeat.
Don't worry about it, it's natural for this to happen.
