If I wanted to own my own business, such as a tanning salon (or something along those lines), I know I would go to school to major in business. But what would I minor in? If there's not anything specific, what would be a good idea FOR ME to minor in?
TheWallflower answered Monday June 11 2007, 11:36 pm: A sociology class could be important, but it actually all depends on how the college teaches it.
I would recommend economics or anything that involves dealing with people, such as sociology. Psychology could also be a good one if you want to learn how to manipulate people into buying into your business. [ TheWallflower's advice column | Ask TheWallflower A Question ]

Don't do Sociology though, because that deals wit why people act the way they do. Believe me, i took it this year and it was lammmeee. =] Hope I helped!
