SO Confused?!
Well there's this guy at my school, and he's really cute and all. We're really good friends and I guess we sorta flirt with each other a lot? It's almost like we act like we're together, but we really aren't! One of my friends said 'Who are you top three friends that are girls' and I was first. I think I like him, but my friend does too and I'm scared if he asks me out, and I say yes, my friend will be mad. What do I do? (BTW, we've been like this for a whole school semester, and he still hasn't asked me out, so he might not do it, or he might, who knows?)

your friend will suck it up and get over it
obviously he likes you more
and you are more important to him and stuff

If he does ask you out, go out with him. Honestly, who cares about your friends because if it were the opposite way around, you know she would go out with him. Although, us girls tell our friend that we would never do that to them, we actually would, and do. I'm guessing that you're still young and there are going to be many other guys that you and your friend will like, so she would get over it. Just continue to flirt with him, and have fun with it.
