gum on shoes Hi everyone. Does anyone know how I can get gum off my shoes? It's not on the bottom; somehow it got on to the side. If it helps, they're leather, I think. I would think so because they were expensive. Anyway, this happened in May & I went into my garage & found them in there today. The gum isn't hard since its pretty hot out. I picked most of it off... If anyone knows what I can do, please let me know. Thanks!!

well I was going to tell you the ice cube thing. but you've heard that
but also
I've been told that peanut butter has something in its oils that will get the gum to seperate from whatever it's clinging to. I haven't tried it, so I don't quite know how much you need. I would assume just enough to get around the gum. But It does work. My sister used peanut butter to get gum out of her hair once. (of course she had to wash it afterwards but thats a given.) ]
hey.
you get an ice cube and rub
it on there until the gum is
frozen, then you
just pick it off using
your nail or a penny or something.
hope this helps! ♥ ]
Freeze it, and smash the rest off with a hammer. Also a good solution if you get gum into your hair. ]
