Well I was wondering...
Is it true that A.J. Mischalka is dating Mitchel Musso from Hannah Montana? I don't think it is because I read in a Popstar! magazine that he just said that as a joke because they're close friends, but wouldn't it be illegal for them to date anyway? She's like 18 or 19 so she wouldn't be able to date a guy who's 15. Right? Thanks.

No they're not dating.
Most of the stuff you read in magazines arn't even true.
It's not illegal to date anyone. I could date a 50 year old, [ I am 13 ] and I couldn't get in trouble.
However, if we had sex, that is illegal.
