my knee

Question Posted Saturday June 9 2007, 8:18 am

ok on this past sunday i woke up and when i went to get out of bed my knee almost gave out on me. Now, the bakc of my knee, the muscle right at the top of the my chalf, really really hurts anytime i straighten my leg or bend it to a certain point and it feels like my knee is going to give out. It almost felt like a tight muscle but i have tried stretching it (and it hurt) and i have had my man massage it and it really hurt. what is it and how can i make it stop hurting?

Get some sort of heating on it. You could have pulled something. If it continues on for too much longer i would go to the doctor and get it checked out. It does not sound too serious at this point but It could be.

Good Luck!
