ok when your a teenage girl(which i assume you are) you dont need a reason to be moody its like a permament state of mind for most of us, anyway yes i think so because i get my discharge a couple days before my period so it could be due to the hormonal change or pms, and if you get discharge after like me then also probably from a hormonal change
