Start your mornings off with a nice 30 min jogs... to get endurance but work your way up to 30 mins like jog 10 for aweek then do 15 then a week later do 20... you get the point right?
ok for your quick ness....suicides... have a line to start at then have 10 lines same distance to each other sprint to the first line then sprint back to the start line then sprint back to the 2nd line then back to the start line you do this till you it all 10 lines
