you mean a supena? it can take a couple of days to a couple of weeks or at least whenever I had them it did. But then you have to wait a really long time until the court date is actually set. Takes a while for lawyers to get their cases together. It pretty much comes just the same as if you mail any letter, there's no special rush on them because the actual court date isnt going to be for a while depending whatever the case is about.
