My husbands sexual past hurts us both

Question Posted Tuesday June 5 2007, 8:05 pm

My husband sexual past bothers us both. My husband thinks he needs to tell me everything he has done in his past with ex-girlfriends. He asks me questions like " Do you want to know?" and tells me " I want to tell you..." I tell him that I dont want nor do I need to know about his sex life with his ex-girlfriends. He often gets frusterated with me and tells me anyhow or just complains all day. Sometimes he even gets mean and controlling by saying things like "you cant go to sleep until I'm able to tell you". Any advice?

Ah, I would say that you should feel lucky that your husband wants to be so open with you. Definitely take advantage of it. You may not need, or want to know about his past, but if he's THAT willing to share, just let him talk to you about it. At least he doesn't want to know EVERY detail about you and your ex-boyfriends, right?
