I'm not a guy either, but I have one question for the first person that answered your question. Why would it sound gross to touch a guy? That's ridiculous. If you think it's gross to touch the guy you like enough to make out with him, there's a serious problem.
As for your question, my boyfriend likes if I gently bite his bottom lip while we make out. He also likes if I kiss his neck or reach around and scratch his back lightly either on top or or over his shirt. Let him know you're into it by pulling him closer or putting your hand on his face or neck while you kiss. Another sexy thing is humming/moaning while you kiss him. It'll boost his ego, which is good when you're kissing him. Like a "mmm" type thing.
Another thing my boyfriend likes is if I run my hands through his hair, scratch at his scalp, or even pull his hair a little bit (some guys don't like that though, but you can test it out). If it works on my guy, it should work on yours as well.
