ok first thing forget what the last person said popular people do go out with un popular people it's not like in thos movies where they have bet's and stuff even though that happpens too but if it does it just menas the guy is a total jerk now i cant reallt tell if he likes you or not but it is possible and dont even think it's not just out your self out there wear lipgloss around him if he looks mad or upset make sure your there to comfort him wear your best clothes basically make him notice you and give off little hint that you like him and then see what happens hop i helped
